Steve Clark
Cultural Resources Group Manager

B.S., Anthropology, 1972

Steve Clark manages PCSI’s cultural resources group based in Honolulu, Hawaii.  He has over 45 years of experience conducting multidisciplinary archaeological research in the Pacific, including Data Recovery Plans, Burial Treatment Plans, Archaeological Monitoring Plans, and Historic Preservation Plans.  His responsibilities are focused on project management, client contact, developing project survey strategies, supervising archaeological field projects, and preparing and producing technical reports.

Mr. Clark’s experience includes 16 years conducting archaeological research at the Bishop Museum and 5 years working for the City and County of Honolulu directing a comprehensive archaeological study program at Kualoa Regional Park on Oahu.  He has been managing archaeological consulting projects in Hawaii and the Pacific region for the past 14 years.
